Answers to the usual questions
Lead time depends on the construction, size and finishing. The current estimate is stated on each product page and confirmed with shipping timing before payment. Custom work receives its own timeline.
We ship worldwide — insured, door to door, with tracking. Shipping across India is free. Import duties and local taxes, where they apply, are the buyer's responsibility.
Send us a photograph of the room and any paint, fabric or finish reference you need to match. We will guide you through the palette; physical wool swatches may be available for selected locations.
Usually, yes. Since the rug is made after you order it, the palette is still open. Send us the colours you are working with and we will tell you honestly whether the design still holds up in them.
Returns are not accepted because every piece is made to order. An item may be returned only if it arrives damaged or has a confirmed manufacturing defect. Please review our Returns, Damage & Cancellation policy, and contact us promptly if an order arrives damaged or defective.
